Terms of Service

Welcome to ShotFlow. By using shotflow.tv (the "Service") you agree to these terms.

1. What ShotFlow does

ShotFlow creates songs, artwork and other media from your inputs using AI production tools, guided by templates we design.

2. Your content

• You keep the rights you have in the lyrics, ideas and other inputs you provide.
• Subject to payment of applicable fees, you may use the songs and artwork you create for personal and commercial purposes, to the extent permitted by the underlying AI providers' licenses and applicable law.
• AI-generated output may not be protectable by copyright in some jurisdictions; we make no warranty of exclusivity or registrability.

3. Credits & billing

• Songs are created using song credits. New accounts receive one free credit.
• Purchased credits don't expire. Failed generations are automatically refunded.
• The Creator subscription adds credits monthly and can be cancelled anytime, effective at the end of the billing period.

4. Acceptable use

• No unlawful or hateful content, and nothing that infringes others' rights (including imitating a real artist's voice or using lyrics you don't own).
• No attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.

5. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShotFlow is not liable for indirect or consequential damages; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
